About Muscle Beach

Muscle Beach East Gym is a 7,000 square foot fitness facility specializing in free weights and high intensity training. Established in 1992, Muscle Beach East is named after the famous Venice, California beach of the west coast. The gym is located in the scenic Ocean View section of Norfolk just steps from the Chesapeake Bay.  

Our mission is to help you achieve your fitness goals, and everything you need to accomplish this can be found at Muscle Beach. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff can give you the motivation and guidance necessary to be your best.
